应用与分组管理
应用按分组组织：分组可自由增删、改名、排序、折叠与隐藏，还可为分组设置图标与统一字体颜色。支持批量导入浏览器书签（Chrome / Edge 导出的 HTML），全局搜索框可模糊匹配所有应用标题与网址。
- 每个应用可配置内网 / 公网双地址，按当前网络环境一键切换
- 右键卡片可编辑、置顶、删除
- 支持导入导出 JSON 备份
- Docker 自动发现：扫描容器并把 Web 服务一键加入导航，增量同步、黑名单防重复
导入步骤：设置 → 书签 → 导入，选择浏览器导出的 .html 文件，系统会自动识别分组与图标。
图标系统
为每个应用选择图标，五种方式任选：
- 自动抓取：根据网址自动获取站点 favicon
- 内置图标：46 款常用图标
- 品牌图标（Pro）：300+ 款 NAS / 应用品牌图标库
- 自定义上传：上传任意图标文件
- Emoji：用表情符号作图标
搜索
顶部搜索栏为聚合搜索：按「网页 / 音乐 / 影视 / 软件 / 图书 / 百科 / 论文 / 文件 / AI」等分类检索，网页分类未配置 API 时免费提供百度 / 必应 / Google / DuckDuckGo / 搜狗 / 360 六引擎快捷跳转。
- 网页搜索可选引擎：聚合跳转（免费）、豆包搜索 / Tavily / Serper（自备 Key）、自建 SearXNG（免费）
- 图书：Google 图书 / Open Library；论文：arXiv / OpenAlex 等免费源
- 音乐 / 影视：iTunes、网易云、TMDB 等公开源
- 本地文件全文搜索：检索你服务器上共享目录的文件
AI 问答需自备 OpenAI 兼容接口（含本地 Ollama），请求不经过官方服务器。

快捷键
全局快捷键：Ctrl/⌘ + K 打开搜索，Ctrl/⌘ + N 添加卡片，Ctrl/⌘ + , 打开设置。
用户与安全（Pro）
Pro 版支持多用户与 RBAC 权限体系，可在「设置 → 用户」中创建管理员、普通成员与访客账户，并分别控制 API 访问、数据编辑等权限。
- 管理员：完全控制
- 成员：可使用书签与搜索，不可修改系统设置
- 访客：仅可搜索与浏览公开书签
Webhook 通知
在「设置 → 通知」中配置 Webhook 地址，当证书到期、Docker 容器异常、系统资源告警等事件触发时接收通知。

Apps & Groups
Apps are organized by groups: freely add, rename, reorder, collapse and hide groups, and set a group icon and shared font color. Bulk-import browser bookmarks (Chrome / Edge HTML export); the global search matches all app titles and URLs.

To import: Settings → Bookmarks → Import, pick the browser .html file; groups and icons are detected automatically.
Icon System
Pick an icon for each app from five options:
- Auto fetch: grab the site favicon from the URL
- Built-in: 46 common icons
- Brand icons (Pro): a library of 184 NAS / app brand icons
- Custom upload: upload any icon file
- Emoji: use an emoji as the icon
Search
The top search bar is an aggregated search: categories for Web / Music / Movies / Software / Books / Wiki / Papers / Files / AI. Without an API key, the Web category offers free quick-jump entries for Baidu / Bing / Google / DuckDuckGo / Sogou / 360.
- Web engines: aggregate jumps (free), Doubao / Tavily / Serper (bring your key), self-hosted SearXNG (free)
- Books: Google Books / Open Library; Papers: arXiv / OpenAlex and more free sources
- Music / Movies: iTunes, Netease, TMDB and other public sources
- Local file full-text search across your shared directories
AI answers require your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint (local Ollama works); requests never pass through our servers.

Layout Customization
The home card layout is fully customizable: drag cards to reorder, adjust each card’s row / column span (1–3), and switch between grid / list / compact layout modes in one click.

Shortcuts
Global shortcuts: Ctrl/⌘+K opens search, Ctrl/⌘+N adds a card, Ctrl/⌘+, opens settings.
Users & Security (Pro)
Pro supports multi-user & RBAC. In Settings → Users, create Admin, Member and Guest accounts with separate permissions on API access, data editing and more.
- Admin: full control
- Member: use bookmarks & search, cannot modify system settings
- Guest: search & browse public bookmarks only
