基础配置

应用与分组管理

应用按分组组织：分组可自由增删、改名、排序、折叠与隐藏，还可为分组设置图标与统一字体颜色。支持批量导入浏览器书签（Chrome / Edge 导出的 HTML），全局搜索框可模糊匹配所有应用标题与网址。

• 每个应用可配置内网 / 公网双地址，按当前网络环境一键切换
• 右键卡片可编辑、置顶、删除
• 支持导入导出 JSON 备份
• Docker 自动发现：扫描容器并把 Web 服务一键加入导航，增量同步、黑名单防重复

导入步骤：设置 → 书签 → 导入，选择浏览器导出的 .html 文件，系统会自动识别分组与图标。

图标系统

为每个应用选择图标，五种方式任选：

• 自动抓取：根据网址自动获取站点 favicon
• 内置图标：49 款常用图标（按媒体 / 下载 / 文件 / 系统 / AI / 网络 / 社交 / 工具 / 常用 9 组归类）
• 图标配色：8 种方案（渐变 / 素色 / 白底 / 自适应 / 品牌 / 品牌圆形 / 玻璃 / 圆环），可按站点来源分别设定
• 品牌图标（Pro）：230+ 款 NAS / 应用品牌图标库
• 自定义上传：上传任意图标文件
• Emoji：用表情符号作图标

图标底色会自动判定，同一格子里永远只看得到一块砖：透明图形直接铺在配色板上；自带底色的成品 logo 自己就是那块砖（不再另垫底色，避免红块贴绿砖的撞色）；判不出来的沿用浅底。四套界面模板走同一套判定，明暗主题下都清晰可读。

搜索

顶部搜索栏为聚合搜索：按「网页 / 音乐 / 影视 / 图书 / 文档 / 论文 / 图片 / 视频 / 文件 / 软件 / 技能 / AI」12 个分类检索，网页分类未配置 API 时免费提供百度 / 必应 / Google / DuckDuckGo / 搜狗 / 360 六引擎快捷跳转。

• 网页搜索可选引擎：聚合跳转（免费）、豆包搜索 / Tavily / Serper（自备 Key）、自建 SearXNG（免费）
• 图书：Google 图书 / Open Library；论文：arXiv / Semantic Scholar 等免费源
• 音乐 / 影视：iTunes、网易云、TMDB 等公开源，也可把你自己的 Jellyfin / Emby / Navidrome / Immich 一起纳入搜索
• 本地文件全文搜索：检索你服务器上共享目录的文件

AI 问答需自备 OpenAI 兼容接口（含本地 Ollama），请求不经过官方服务器。聚合的分类与源清单详见「搜索与导航」一文。

外观与主题

支持明暗主题与自定义背景，首页卡片布局完全可定制；界面模板（经典视图 / 杂志流 / 控制台 / 桌面视图）也在这一页切换，详见「界面模板」。

• 上传自定义背景图（Pro 支持模糊 / 暗化调节）；背景按模板各存一份

控制台与桌面视图有各自的固定视觉语言，切到这两套时，背景与卡片风格等不适用的选项会自动隐藏——不是设置失效，回到经典视图或杂志流即可看到它们。

布局定制

首页卡片布局完全可定制：拖拽卡片调整顺序，调节每张卡片的行 / 列跨度（1~3 格），在网格 / 列表 / 紧凑三种布局模式间一键切换。

• 公开 / 私有卡片分区独立管理
• 可控制卡片在登录前是否展示
• 布局模式一键切换，适配桌面与移动端
• 跨度调节的有效范围随模板不同：经典视图 1~3 行列全开放，杂志流只认行高三档，控制台与桌面视图不按跨度铺（前者固定面板顺序，后者窗口由你拖）——不起效的选项会直接隐藏，不留点了没反应的哑控件

常用卡片

卡片是首页的功能模块，可自由增删排序，四套界面模板共用同一份卡片配置。常用的几张：

• 天气：主源为 Open-Meteo（按坐标直查，无城市名歧义），wttr.in 兜底，2.0.0 起多源级联取数并补上空气质量；支持搜索并手动选定城市，选一次永久记住，也可一键恢复自动定位
• IP 归属地：改用内置离线数据库查询，不依赖第三方接口，秒级返回、断网也能用，国内精确到城市；定位失败会标出来源，可一键纠正
• 系统监控与实时带宽：CPU / 内存 / 磁盘 / 网络与运行时间，配流量监控看网卡明细、区间下行与 95 分位速率
• 服务与 SSL 监控：服务在线状态与响应耗时曲线、证书到期批量巡检与提前预警
• 备忘录：全模板通用的本地便签，四套界面看到的是同一份数据
• 日历与日期时间、访客统计、文件中转与文本传输、股票行情（Pro）

访客统计与操作日志只写在你的服务器本地（操作日志只保留最近 2000 条，超出即丢弃最旧记录），不上传任何外部服务；隐藏对应卡片即停止记录。

快捷键

全局快捷键：Ctrl/⌘ + K 打开搜索，Ctrl/⌘ + N 添加卡片，Ctrl/⌘ + , 打开设置。

用户与安全（Pro）

Pro 版支持多用户与 RBAC 权限体系，可在「设置 → 用户」中创建管理员、普通成员与访客账户，并分别控制 API 访问、数据编辑等权限。

• 管理员：完全控制
• 成员：可使用书签与搜索，不可修改系统设置
• 访客：仅可搜索与浏览公开书签

Webhook 通知

在「设置 → 通知」中配置 Webhook 地址，当证书到期、Docker 容器异常、系统资源告警等事件触发时接收通知。

• 支持 Telegram Bot
• 支持通用 Webhook（自定义 JSON 格式）
• 可分别配置不同事件的推送目标

Apps & Groups

Apps are organized by groups: freely add, rename, reorder, collapse and hide groups, and set a group icon and shared font color. Bulk-import browser bookmarks (Chrome / Edge HTML export); the global search matches all app titles and URLs.

• Each app supports dual intranet / public URLs, switched by the current network
• Right-click a card to edit, pin or delete
• Import / export JSON backup
• Docker auto-discovery: scan containers and add web services to navigation in one click, with incremental sync and a blacklist

To import: Settings → Bookmarks → Import, pick the browser .html file; groups and icons are detected automatically.

Icon System

Pick an icon for each app from five options:

• Auto fetch: grab the site favicon from the URL
• Built-in: 49 common icons sorted into 9 families (media / download / file / system / AI / network / social / tools / general)
• Icon colour schemes: 8 options (gradient / plain / white / adaptive / brand / brand round / glass / ring), configurable per icon source
• Brand icons (Pro): a library of 230+ NAS / app brand icons
• Custom upload: upload any icon file
• Emoji: use an emoji as the icon

Icon backdrops are decided per icon so a cell always shows exactly one tile: transparent glyphs sit straight on the generated colour tile; logos that ship with their own background become the tile themselves (no extra plate, which is what caused clashing tile-in-tile); anything undecided keeps the light plate. All four templates share this logic and stay readable in both themes.

Search

The top search bar is an aggregated search with 12 categories: Web / Music / Movies / Books / Docs / Papers / Images / Video / Files / Software / Skills / AI. Without an API key, the Web category offers free quick-jump entries for Baidu / Bing / Google / DuckDuckGo / Sogou / 360.

• Web engines: aggregate jumps (free), Doubao / Tavily / Serper (bring your key), self-hosted SearXNG (free)
• Books: Google Books / Open Library; Papers: arXiv / Semantic Scholar and more free sources
• Music / Movies: iTunes, Netease, TMDB and other public sources — and your own Jellyfin / Emby / Navidrome / Immich libraries can join the same search
• Local file full-text search across your shared directories

AI answers require your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint (local Ollama works); requests never pass through our servers. See Search & Navigation for the full category and source list.

Appearance

Light / dark themes and custom backgrounds; the home card layout is fully customizable, and the UI templates (Classic / Magazine / Console / Desktop) are switched here too — see UI Templates.

• Light / dark theme, manual or follow system
• Upload a custom background (Pro adds blur / dim); the background is stored per template
• Pro unlocks 9 card styles and a custom color panel
• Free personalized login page: welcome banner + 15 entrance effects + custom copy
• Interface language: auto-detected from the browser, manually switchable and remembered (Chinese / English)
• Footer filing numbers: admins can add ICP and public-security numbers, shown centred at the bottom of every template and the login page (free)

Console and Desktop carry their own fixed visual language, so background and card-style controls hide themselves there — the settings are not broken, switch back to Classic or Magazine to see them.

Layout Customization

The home card layout is fully customizable: drag cards to reorder, adjust each card’s row / column span (1–3), and switch between grid / list / compact layout modes in one click.

• Settings → Cards: drag to reorder, toggle visibility, adjust span
• Public and private cards managed separately
• Control whether a card shows before login
• One-click layout modes for desktop and mobile
• How far spans apply depends on the template: Classic honours all row and column spans, Magazine only the three row heights, Console and Desktop ignore spans (fixed panel order vs. windows you resize yourself) — controls that would do nothing are hidden rather than left there to be clicked

Everyday Cards

Cards are the functional modules of your home page — add, remove and reorder them freely; all four templates share one card configuration. The ones people use most:

• Weather: Open-Meteo by coordinates as the primary source (no city-name ambiguity) with wttr.in as fallback, plus chained multi-source lookup and air quality since 2.0.0; search and pin a city manually — chosen once, remembered forever, with one click back to automatic location
• IP geolocation: answered from a built-in offline database, so it needs no third-party API, returns instantly, still works without internet and resolves Chinese IPs down to the city; a failed fix shows its source so you can correct it in one click
• System monitoring and live bandwidth: CPU, memory, disk, network and uptime, with a traffic view for per-NIC detail, interval totals and 95th-percentile rates
• Service and SSL monitoring: online state with response-time history, plus batched certificate expiry checks and early warnings
• Notes: local sticky notes available in every template — all four shells read the same data
• Calendar and clock, visitor stats, file relay and text relay, stock watchlists (Pro)

Visitor statistics and the operation log stay on your own server (the log keeps at most the latest 2000 entries, dropping the oldest beyond that) and are never uploaded; hide the card and recording stops.

Shortcuts

Global shortcuts: Ctrl/⌘+K opens search, Ctrl/⌘+N adds a card, Ctrl/⌘+, opens settings.

Users & Security (Pro)

Pro supports multi-user & RBAC. In Settings → Users, create Admin, Member and Guest accounts with separate permissions on API access, data editing and more.

• Admin: full control
• Member: use bookmarks & search, cannot modify system settings
• Guest: search & browse public bookmarks only

Webhook Notifications

Configure Webhook URLs in Settings → Notifications to receive alerts on cert expiry, Docker crashes, resource breaches and more.
