基础版完全免费，免费版代码开源可审计，可私有部署于任意数量的设备。股票行情、媒体集成卡片、SSL 专业监测、WebDAV 远程备份、多用户 RBAC、工具箱开放 API 等为 Pro 功能。
数据隐私如何保障？
所有数据存储在你的服务器本地（./data），不经过任何第三方。AI 相关功能仅在你配置自有密钥后才会调用对应服务。
如何升级 Pro？
在 订阅页面 订阅授权码，填入面板「设置 → 授权」即可解锁，无需重装。
Pro 支持几台设备？
单个 Pro 授权码绑定一台私有部署设备（硬件指纹绑定）。同一台设备重装系统后重新激活会自动恢复授权；更换设备暂不支持换绑，需重新购买授权；如有特殊情况可联系客服咨询。多用户与 RBAC（管理员/成员/访客）为 Pro 内置功能，可在控制台创建子账号并分配权限。
升级后需要重新激活 Pro 吗？
不需要。授权信息与书签、配置一同保存在 data 目录，升级只替换程序本体，完成后 Pro 自动恢复，无需重新输入授权码。
断网时 Pro 还能用吗？
可以。授权验证在本地完成（数字签名校验 + 7 天密钥缓存），短时断网不影响 Pro 功能；长时间离线后重新联网会自动刷新授权状态。
激活失败怎么办？
依次排查：① 设备能否访问授权服务器 license.bestu.top；② 授权码是否输入正确（区分大小写）；③ 提示版本过旧时先升级面板再激活。仍未解决请联系客服。

有手机 App 吗？
BestNav 为响应式 Web 应用，手机浏览器访问即可获得适配界面；可将页面「添加到主屏幕」获得类原生体验。
HTTPS 证书如何配置？
建议使用反向代理（Nginx/Caddy）自动签发证书，详见「安装部署 → 反向代理与 HTTPS」。SSL 巡检（Pro）可定期提醒证书到期。
如何迁移到新服务器？
备份 ./data 后在新服务器恢复并启动即可，详见「日常管理 → 迁移」。
忘记管理员密码怎么办？
在服务器上执行 bestnav reset-password（子命令不带前置减号），按提示输入两次新密码即可，无需重装、不会丢数据，详见「日常管理 → 忘记密码」。
是否支持退款？
授权码未激活前可联系客服申请全额退款；一经激活不支持退款，详见退款政策。订阅前请先充分体验基础版功能。
Is the base free?
The base edition is free with open-source free-tier code, self-hostable on any number of devices. Stock board, media integration cards, SSL Pro Monitoring, WebDAV remote backup, multi-user RBAC and the Toolbox Open API are Pro.
How is data privacy ensured?
All data stays on your server (./data), never a third party. AI features only call providers after you configure your own keys.
How to upgrade Pro?
Subscribe to a license at the subscription page and enter the key in Settings → License; no reinstall needed.
How many devices?
One Pro license binds to one self-hosted device (hardware fingerprint). Re-activating on the same device after a reinstall restores automatically; device transfer is not supported — a new license is required (contact support for special cases). Multi-user & RBAC (admin/member/guest) is built into Pro.
Do I need to re-activate Pro after an upgrade?
No. License data lives in the data directory alongside bookmarks and config; upgrades replace the binary only and Pro restores automatically — no need to re-enter the key.
Does Pro work offline?
Yes. License validation happens locally (signature check + 7-day key cache), so short outages never affect Pro features; the license state refreshes automatically once you are back online.
Activation failed — what now?
Check in order: ① can the device reach the license server (license.bestu.top); ② is the key entered correctly (case-sensitive); ③ if it says the version is too old, upgrade the panel first. Still stuck? Contact support.

Is there a mobile app?
BestNav is a responsive web app — open it in a mobile browser. Add to Home Screen for an app-like experience.
How to set up HTTPS?
Use a reverse proxy (Nginx/Caddy) for auto TLS — see Installation → Reverse Proxy. SSL inspector (Pro) reminds you before expiry.
How to migrate?
Back up ./data, restore on the new server and start — see Daily Management → Migration.
Forgot the admin password?
Run bestnav reset-password on the server (the subcommand has no leading dashes) and type the new password twice — no reinstall, no data loss. See Daily Management → Forgot Password.
Refunds?
Un-activated licenses can be refunded in full via support; once activated, licenses are non-refundable — see the refund policy. Try the Free edition thoroughly first.
